Appointments

Before requesting an appointment with one of our clinicians, it may be worth looking at our self-referrals page to check if a surgery appointment is needed for the service you require.

How To Request An Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

Routine Appointments

Doctor’s surgery and nurse’s clinics are run by appointment system, all routine appointments can be booked on the day or ahead of time. You are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We endeavour to achieve minimum waiting time in the surgery but as we cannot impress enough, some patients tend to take longer consulting time than 10 minutes designated for each appointment. Please keep your appointment and give us enough notice if you are unable to attend.

Patients have a right to express a preference of the doctor of their choice. We are, however, unable to guarantee that a particular doctor will be available when required and if not we will endeavour to provide a suitable appointment with another practitioner.

The practice is part of Birmingham and Solihull CCG (First Floor, Wesleyan, Colmore Circus, Birmingham, B4 6AR. Tel 0121 203 3300).

Cancelling An Appointment
